Remi Cuomo is a documentary photographer, videographer, designer & editor working globally. She has a keen interest in documenting conflict and the natural world; with a strong passion for depicting injustices in the world, ranging from those impacted by war to giving voices to those in need of a platform.
Originally, from Vail, Colorado, where she is currently residing. She previous lived in Lugano, Switzerland where she graduated with a degree in Visual Communication of the Arts with an emphasis in Photojournalism from Franklin University. During COVID she undertook a Masters course in London at the University of Art for Documentary Photography and Photojournalism. She has undertaken projects in Iceland, Namibia, South Africa, Italy, and Lebanon. Since her recent work with ACTED in Lebanon, she's been inspired to continue work in the Middle East, and beyond.
In addition to her passion for documentary photography, she continues to develop her journalistic writing skills as well as her ability to dive in to social media management. Her aim is to work with Non-profits and news outlets to portray the truth to the world.
